Hey there, I'm Coach Sky. A passionate health coach & multi-sport athlete with over 25 years of experience in the fitness industry. From recreational activities to national-level competitions, I've participated in & coached a variety of sports. Currently, I enjoy Olympic Weightlifting, Trail Running, & the occasional Obstacle Course Race (Spartan or Ninja). With a degree in Kinesiology, I specialize in helping people achieve their health goals, no matter the starting point. Whether you're recovering from a knee replacement, managing a metabolic condition, rehabilitating a shoulder injury, or just starting your fitness journey, I'm here to support you. I believe that Self Health Care is the best health care, & I'm on a mission to educate 10,000+ people to not only accomplish their goals, but forge the path to Fitness Freedom!
